We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Technician to join our team to help grow, recruit, and build a successful nail department. Our salon is a full-service salon that offers a wide range of services and products.

Qualifications:

Experience is required.
Good Management skills.
New Jersey Board of Cosmetology License (Required).
Fully proficient at polishing, manicures, and pedicures etc.
Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively with a team and be a leader in your department.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Self-motivated and reliable.
Fashion Driven.
Great work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Providing high quality nail services, such as manicures, pedicures, Acrylic or Gels and nail art.
Able to manage Employees.
Understanding and following safety and sanitation guidelines.
Recruitment.
Training New employees.
Creating new services with trends.
Interacting with customers in a positive and professional manner.
Problem solving.
Ordering supplies.
Stocking and maintaining salon area.
Increasing customer loyalty by promoting products and services.
Upselling services to customers.
Working collaboratively with other team members.
Covering shifts for employees.
Participate in training and staff meetings as required.

Schedule:

Day and Nights until 9 are required.
Saturdays 9-5.
Full Time is required.
